"Euronet Software GmbH will be legally merged into EVEX Deutschland GmbH. For you, almost everything will stay the same: your contracts and points of contact will not change — and of course, this also applies to the Euronet Software you receive from us.

As a result of the universal succession, all rights and obligations will transfer to EVEX Deutschland GmbH. This will be most visible in our company name: after the merger takes effect, we will appear uniformly as "EVEX Deutschland GmbH" on quotes and invoices.
